What happens when you decline a recommendation

Every line on the itemized estimate is optional. Here is how we handle declined work, parts sourcing, appointment changes and warranty claims.

Nothing is performed without your written approval on the itemized estimate. A declined line moves to the monitor column with the odometer reading at which it was measured, and keeps its due status so the next visit starts from the same number.

You keep the printed estimate. Bring it to any network location and the technician works from your record, not a fresh sales script.

We quote original manufacturer parts and vetted aftermarket equivalents as two separate lines with separate prices. You pick; the labor line stays the same either way.

Aftermarket parts carry the supplier warranty. Our own workmanship cover is unchanged at 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first.

Yes. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to four hours before your slot by phone at +380 503 543 8604. A booked bay is held for 30 minutes past the appointment time.

If you miss a slot without notice, your free inspection credit stays valid for 14 days so it is not lost.

Workmanship is covered for 12 months or 20,000 km. Take the vehicle to any network location with the estimate number printed on your job sheet, and the re-check is performed at no charge.

If the cause is a part rather than the fitting, we handle the supplier claim on your behalf and tell you the outcome in writing.

The manufacturer interval table decides, not the technician and not the front desk. A measured value is recorded, a supervisor signs it off, and the status chip follows the published threshold for your make and mileage.

If a part still measures inside tolerance, we mark it pass and its price never appears on the estimate.

The 20-point inspection is free once per vehicle. No purchase, no membership and no follow-up sales call are required, and you receive the written findings even if you approve none of the work.
