2. Services, prices and booking

A request is an offer; the agreement is formed when we confirm scope, date and price. Prices are in hryvnia, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Estimates are indicative; the final price may change if extra work, parts or access is needed, and we tell you beforehand. Terms, prices, warranty conditions and the complaint procedure are disclosed before purchase under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact, equipment and access details.
• Do not misuse the site or submit misleading content.
• Follow safety instructions for the visit.

4. Personal data

We process personal data with your explicit consent as set out in the Privacy Policy, under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI. Consent for identification cookies is requested separately.

5. Language and advertising

Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian; foreign-language content has a Ukrainian translation under the Law of Ukraine 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' No. 2704-VIII. Claims are truthful and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР.

6. Liability, warranty and complaints

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit. Warranty terms are in the confirmation. Complaints: contact@sylventiss.com; we reply within the period set by the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law; disputes go to the competent courts of Ukraine.
